Staff were very nice and attentive. Always kept us informed and made things very clear, especially as to why decisions were made.
Because I felt they were very supportive and helped us get the support we need.
Sent for xray by GP following a facial injury? Nose denied being xrayed as does not fall into RCR guidelines.
We are really thank you and grateful for the help support and kindness that we received from the coral ward. Especially Christina (ward manager) really kind, don't have words to explain her kindness and compassion. Shelley really kind and thorough in explanation of everything about blue book, you have really great team.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for your child's experience on Tropical Lagoon ward at Queen's hospital. I am very sorry to hear of your concerns and these will be shared with the clinical team for action, including the lead consultant for the ward and the ward manager. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, please contact our PALS service: bhrut.pals@nhs.net. Lynda Hassell Director of Nursing for Babies, Children and Young people
Felt OK about scan. Did have to wait longer than my appointment tome
Recent falls have meant I have visited Queens A&E a few times over last 3 months. I have found all nurses/doctors who have interacted with me to be kind, caring and thoughtful. Each have acted very professionally and considerately. The wait times are unavoidable and it’s mainly due to the efficiency of the care administered by all staff.
I experienced lovely nurses and doctors who treated me with respect and dignity.
Done early, very friendly, instructions clear.
